The Gonstead Technique
What sets our office apart…
The Gonstead Technique was developed by Dr. Clarence Gonstead over 90 years ago. We are the only office in Nashville that practices this technique! Here are the highlights:
We take full spine x-rays on every patient so we can see what is going on on the inside.
We do a full exam on every visit so that care is customized to how your body presents that day. No 2 adjustments are exactly alike.
The biggest difference? We adjust the spine without rotation and we only move one bone at a time. That means no terrifying ninja moves or twisting your neck up side to side. We are the chiropractors for people who are scared of chiropractors!

A common question we get is “do you accept insurance?” The answer is no, because we want to make sure you and your family get the care you DESERVE. We strive to provide the BEST quality of care while keeping it affordable - especially for families!
We choose to let each patient have the FREEDOM to choose what is best for themselves and their families. In this office we work for you, not a premium.
If you have an HSA or FSA card, we do accept those! Otherwise, if your insurance company covers “out of network” chiropractic care (and doesn’t have a ridiculous yearly deductible… rare these days ;) we can provide you with a receipt called a “superbill” that you can submit to your insurance company and they will reimburse you directly.
