At the time of booking, a non-refundable $150 deposit will be required.

If you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment time, you will also be charged a cancellation fee that covers the rest of your appointment cost. If you reschedule your appointment before 24 hours, you may use your deposit toward your rescheduled visit.

Our doctor’s time is valuable and limited. When you book a new patient appointment that is 1 hour on our schedule that is dedicated to you! If you cancel at the last minute, it is not fair to the other patients we could have seen at that time & who we cannot get in on such late notice. Thank you for understanding!
