Here’s a breakdown of the results:
Too Much Estrogen
This is one of the most common hormonal imbalances I see in women I work with (especially those detoxing from BC). Estrogen dominance can occur from too much estrogen in our environment (food, chemicals, etc.), too little progesterone to combat estrogen, or both.
Using the hormone repair kit oils will help to increase your progesterone to help counteract all the extra estrogen you have. In addition to that, here are some priorities for you:
Swap out all your plastic dishes/food containers for glass
Consume 2-3 raw carrots or a serving of raw carrot salad daily
Swap out environmental sources of estrogen: your cleaning products, laundry soap, candles, personal hygiene products, etc. (there is an entire lecture on this inside the Healthy Hormones group, watch that ASAP)
Eliminate alcohol (for now). This doesn't have to be forever, but while you are healing your hormones I recommend avoiding it as 1 drink can jump your estrogen by over 10%

Too Little Estrogen
This can be a problem when coming off the BC pill, as it wreaks havoc on our bodies. Too little estrogen may be a sign that you need more dietary fat. I'm talking about the good kind of fat: saturated (from animals). Start eating more red meat, raw dairy (if you can find it), and cook with butter or ghee.

If you are younger than 40, primary ovarian insufficiency may be at the root of your low estrogen, and one of the main causes of this is autoimmune conditions. I recommend eliminating gluten & most grains from your diet ASAP. This is covered in more detail in the diet lecture in the Healthy Hormones Program.

Too Little Progesterone
Low progesterone can leave you feeling super moody right before your period, and feeling anxious all the time. It's often accompanied by estrogen dominance as well.
Your number 1 priority when you have too little progesterone is to get your stress down. Stress depletes progesterone & low progesterone makes you feel more stressed, it's a vicious cycle.
When you are stressed, your body burns through more carbs. Prioritize whole food carb sources such as fruits & root vegetables. Incorporate 2-3 raw carrots daily or a raw carrot salad to help detox excess estrogen as well.

Too Much Testosterone
Blood sugar regulation is key for you. Problems with blood sugar regulation can cause your ovaries to kick out more testosterone, causing symtoms of acne, hair growth on your chin, chest, & abdomen, or hair loss on your head.
Too much T can also be from BC rebound. That is why many women experience skin issues when coming off the pill.
Priorities for you: cut out caffiene. In the Healthy Hormones diet lecture I have coffee alternative options laid out for you! Support your adrenal glands with an adrenal cocktail:
Organic OJ, salt, & collagen. Mix together & drink once daily, preferably in the afternoon

Sulfurzyme (you can get the powder or capsules) this supports healthy hair growth to combat thinning hair caused by excess testosterone

Too Little Testosterone
This is when you have a seriously diminshed sex drive, you may have mood swings, feel tired, and have lost all motivation.
Here are some priorities for you:
Get in the gym! Or somewhere where you can incorporate weight lifitng into your routine. Exercise that builds muscle will also help sensitize your body to estrogen and stimulate more testosterone production.
Focus on blood sugar regulation to support your ovaries. Get a balance of protein, saturated fats, & carbs at each meal. Drink Ningxia red daily to help with blood sugar control.
Eat more red meat & animal fats. We make our hormones from cholesterol, you need to make sure you are eating enough. Drink raw milk if you can find it local to you.
Have more orgasms

Too Little Cortisol
Too little cortisol is a sign of "adrenal fatigue". Getting minerals & nutrients to feed your adrenals is CRUCIAL. Your body also needs you to reduce your stress, balance your blood sugar, and be gentle with yourself.
This means more gentle workouts, less high intensity ones, and sleep more. I'm talking 8-10 hours per night if you can!

Too Much Cortisol
